Orly Harel

I have been working as an inspector of school's counselors in Tel Aviv district for the past 8 years. As a PhD student, I explore the effects of repeated traumatic exposure on educators. In my free time, I participate in a group of women actresses.

Currently working as the lab manager. My research interests as a PhD student in education include the relationships between motivational climate, achievement goals and identity development in and outside the context of repeated traumatic exposure. In my spare time, I enjoy solving puzzles.

Shilat Haim-Nachum

My research interests as a PhD student include the relationship between different aspects of cognitive and emotional flexibility, repeated traumatic exposure and PTSD symptoms. In my spare time, I enjoy reading English literature and practicing sports.

Tami Mor

A psychotherapist. As a MA student in special education, I focus on investigating how empathy supports resilience against anxiety problems. In my free time I love to take long walks in green areas and gardening.

Eliana Feuer Itzhaki

Currently providing assistance for hearing impaired children in primary schools. My research interests as an MA student include the interactive relationship between the child’s level of functioning and the emotional flexibility of parents of children with autism. In my spare time, I enjoy attending Talmud lectures and spending time with family and friends.

Roni Singler

Currently working as a high school teacher for adolescents with ASD. My research interests as a PhD student include development of an intervention program concerning autism and cognitive flexibility. In my free time, I do triathlons: I run, swim and bike.

Shirli Hadad-Gwarel

Currently working as an officer in the Intelligence Corps. In my MA thesis I wish to explore the effects of repeated trauma among intelligent soldiers who hold office vs. fighting positions, while focusing on traumatic growth. In my free time I enjoy dancing.

Moriya Rachmani

I work as a post-doctoral student in the lab. My doctorate explored on trauma and ritual in Holocaust survivors. My current research aims to integrate knowledge on rituals in cutting edge conditions and brain function and structure to develop a unique intervention method. In my free time I write poetry.

Sivan Veronski

A Master Degree student in Special Education with a specialization in Autism Spectrum Disorders. As part of my work I guide high functioning autistics adults in their daily decisions and help parents to autistic children. In my thesis I wish to explore how giving birth to an autistic child effects parents, and the interaction between their coping style and expectations and the child’s level of functioning. In my free time I enjoy reading fantasy books.

Hagit Nizri

I'm working as a supervisor for educational counselors. In my PhD study I try to characterize the ability of schools to cope with traumatic events while taking into account the effects of compassion and burnout as well as the environmental context (whether the school is located in a conflict zone or not). In my spare time, I enjoy reading and having fun with my family.

Margalit Barhum

I am working towards my Master's degree of Educational Counseling. My research focuses on understanding the post-traumatic effects of a sensory trauma in school on the educational staff and seeks to explore how it relates to different types of past trauma In my free time I enjoy listening to people and to their music.

Reut Zabag

I am a PHD student in the Clinical Psychology program at Bar-Ilan University. I have completed my B.A in Psychology and Economy in Bar-Ilan University and my MA in Clinical and Educational Psychology in the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. My doctoral research focus is psychological flexibility among social anxiety individuals. On my free time, I enjoy Aikido martial art.

Ariel Perel

I am an MA student in Special Education. My research interests include the role of physical activity and emotion regulation flexibility as moderators in the relationship between traumatic exposure and PTSD symptoms. In my spare time, I swim and do "Tabata" training.

Hadas Sharvit-Benbaji

A psychotherapist. As a PhD student in the field of social- work I aim to identify individual differences within PTSD patients for establishing personalized treatment. On my leisure time I enjoy painting, sculpturing and making metal artworks.

Rinat Hitelman

Currently working as a behavior analyst with young children with ASD. My research interests as a PhD student include development of tools promoting cognitive flexibility and reducing repetitive behaviors in these children. In my spare time, I enjoy Russian literature and traveling. .

Chana Levintant

An MA student in Special Education. I am writing a thesis on the interpersonal emotional regulation between parents and children on the autistic spectrum. My research focuses on the different variables in parents that can influence the parent's ability to regulate their child's emotions and the child's ability to regulate himself independently. In my free time I enjoy painting.
