Shira Baror

PhD Student

I have completed my BA and MA in psychology and am currently a PhD student in neuroscience. My MSc thesis, supervised by Prof. Moshe Bar, focused on the way associative processes interpolate during interruption. I am mainly interested in the crossroads of associative processing, consciousness and the default network. Can the generation of associations benefit subliminal priming? Can associations be formed and maintained unconsciously? What are the mechanisms that allow the resumption of associations after interruptions, and is the default mode network involved in these processes?
