on "World Wide Web: The Information Universe", Marc
Andreessen with Eric Bina published their first journal
paper on the "NCSA Mosaic: A Global Hypermedia System”,
and Mitch Kapor presented his earliest thoughts on
"Developing the National Communications and Information
Infrastructure”. The Journal continues to source and
publish some of the most interesting and innovative
